The Great Boodini Presents: Scary Objects!
Muggles & wizards are all invited to the Great Boodini’s spellbinding wizarding magic show followed by a meet & greet! Ages 3-14 years.

Halloween Tote
Get ready for Halloween with a spooktacular craft at the library! We’ll provide tote bags, creepy crawly decorations, and all the supplies you need to create a one-of-a-kind trick-or-treat bag! Don’t forget to add your name to make it extra special. Grades K-8, Algonquin cardholders only.

Old Town Trick or Treat
Put on your costumes and meet us on Main Street in downtown Algonquin for an evening of trick or treating! Families with children of all ages.

Hocus Pocus Halloween Costume Party
Get locked in the library for this special after-hours Halloween party! Pizza, snacks, and drinks will be served, and Hocus Pocus (PG) will be shown. Grades 6-12.
FRIDAY, October 25, 5-8pm
Halloween Music and Movement
A fun half-hour of slightly spooky singing and dancing followed by a costume parade around the library. Ages 0-5 with a caregiver.

Halloween BINGO Night for Kids
Get ready for a thrilling night of bingo under the twinkling black lights! Win prizes and have a howling good time with friends and family. Families with children of all ages.

Drop in for (not so) spooky Halloween games and activities. Ages 2-6 with a caregiver.

Trick or Treat at Safety Town
Put on your costumes and join us for a family-friendly trick-or-treat experience at Safety Town with the Lake in the Hills Police Department. Safety Town is located at 1109 Crystal Lake Road in Lake in the Hills. Families with children of all ages.
