In addition to the Community Helper Storytimes, we will also be hosting various activities in the new Creation Center for our Renovation Celebration on Saturday, September 15th. Here is the day’s schedule for that:
10:00am to 11:00am – Robot Zoo
Come see what types of robots live at the library! Our robots are available for check-out in STEM Kits and are also used in many youth technology programs. A non-technological Robot craft will also be available.
11:30am to 12:30pm – Community Sphero Painting
As a community, we will create some unique and beautiful artwork using the Sphero robots.
1:30pm to 2:30pm – 3D Printing Pens Craft
We will be using the library’s new 3Doodler Start pens to create puzzle pieces for you to take home! A non-technological 3D craft will also be available.
3:00pm to 4:00pm – Circuitry Fun
Come see how to use different circuit technology. An LED craft will also be available.
