Girls Who Code From Home

Reshma Saujani, founder of Girls Who Code, wrote a short article about her pandemic experience here. eLearning is no joke and we do not want anyone to feel obligated to do extra online learning in addition to school with Girls Who Code. If you want to, that is totally fine. If you want to play video games, go outside, or draw that is also fine. Here is what Girls Who Code has to offer during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Girls Who Code Talks

This Thursday, May 14th from 6-7pm Central Time, Girls Who Code is holding a Talks session about Career Pathing in a Crisis. Talk to experts who can help forecast how the pandemic will cause shifts the tech industry and job market. They’ll share advice on how college-aged students can best prepare for changes and make sound decision based on the current market. While the Talks series may be intended for older high-school girls, there is no reason younger girls may not tune in. Here is a recap on their first Talks session.
